I looked back at my old entries and I realise how much I've grown throughout these years. My written English language was very amateurish and I failed to realise how much I'm fool back then. Ever since I stepped into junior college, my written and spoken languages have improved drastically. I do think it is the school culture that inculcates the value of independent learning and self-discovery upon your hidden linguistic skills and your talents. I admit though, I'm a late bloomer. I may not be able to grasp any concepts fast nor will I able to apply what I've been taught but I'm glad that my experiences give me the necessary skills for me to adapt to my new environment and at the same time, giving me the opportunities and chances to broaden my horizons.
